Is the event open to everyone? For the last few years I have organized a track day at thill for my friends/coworkers. We usually have 25 to 30 cars. We like the small group. This year I dont have time to organize another one. I will pass your event info to my distribution list to see if they are interested. Do you have more info on how the event will be run? Most of my friends/coworkers are novices (1 or 2 events) to intermediate with a few experts.

This is gonna be the first time driving this car on track, since the rebuild. So it's gonna be the shakedown test to work out all the bugs.

Still have a lot of work to do to the car before it's ready. Waiting for Rywire to finish up my harness, so I can get the car tuned. Also need to reinstall power steering, which means that I must relocate and reroute my oil cooler lines. Also need to install a baffled oil pan as well as fix/replace a thermostat housing. A lot of work, but I should be able to make it.

If that car doesn't make it, then I will just take my daily driver.

 

i should be out to play in my si. it should be a fun event. im not looking forward for the drive up that morning.
