Basically, Column A Row 1-3, must be = to 5Multiplied by Column B Row 1-3. So...
Column A Row 1 would be 5* Column B Row 1
Column A Row 2 would be 5* Column B Row 2.........etc.
How can i do this in excel so that once i place an amount in one of the rows in column B there would be a calculated amount in the rows of Column A.
Or have the amount in Column B and have the Rows in Column A do the math.
I can do it one by one but i know theres an easier way to somehow add the function in there, or at least i hope. BTW, the above is just an example for me to understand the concept.
Thanks,
Tony

highlight the column where you input the formula, the mouse over on the bottom right corner of the formula cell, mouse pointer will turn to a cross (+) then you can hold click and drag it down...
