1052U FTW!!! But the Neo is also cool, you just cannot adjust timing like you can with e-manage ultimate. AFC neo's are $299 at my work if it helps make the decision. :-D

unless you're going for a turbo or a charger with high boost (10+ PSI), i'd keep the stock ECU and use a piggyback that can alter fuel & ignition timing - cause your car will drive better in all conditions and you'll get just as much power out of it while spending less.
