Default Engine Manag. system

Im thinking of adding some upg. to my car, but not sure.?.? Id like to attempt to get the most hp without having to go FI or NO2.

I was thinking of adding like a Greedy Engine Managment System and then taking the S to the Dyno, but are there any upg i should do before hand,........or

is this a NOT good idea to begin with?

Check out the JDM Tuning forum. There are a lot of different threads talking about NA tuning options.

When you do the research also make sure you check to see where the tuning shops are for the engine management system.

cant go wrong with AEM EMS... what mods are you talking about? coz even with EMS, you cant really squeeze much out of S2k motor without internal work.

good luck....

but the only thing about the EMS is that it isn't CA smog legal (but what is, nowadays? ) i am going to hold out for the new AEM Fuel/Ignition Controller piggyback unit that just came out.. i know there is a turbo S2000 running that setup somewhere but i am not sure if he is on S2Ki. I am waiting to see some serious reviews and maybe wait for AEM to come out with a harness for the S2000.

piggyback is piggyback.... thats all to it, if you want wider tuning range, then standalone is the way to go.

aem ems would be the way to go if you want to run an engine management

but you should decide what you want in your near future because depending on what you chose, you might not need it

if you need anything, give us a call
