El Cerrito Honda

I encountered the following problems while my car was serviced =
1. Oil, Fluid levels were not reset. This caused the "Needs Service" light to appear just 2 weeks after bringing my car for maintenance. I had to spent extra time and Gas to fix the problem. At least, Honda El Cerrito should've offered an Oil Change or Gas for my trouble.
2. Screw was not replaced on my Fuel Tank. This caused a "Rattle" sound while driving. Again, no compensation was offered for the extra gas and time spent re-servicing my Car.
3. An Un-Professional attitude. I brought the issues above to their Management. His demeanor/attitude = "I don't Care". Caucasian Male with Beard. As a manager, he has a very unprofessional attitude.
Save yourself alot of troube and misery. Take your car anywhere besides Honda of El Cerrtio. No one especialy paying customers should be treated with disrespect.
Does anyone know a good mechanic who's honest and provides professional work at a reasonalbe price?

El Cerrito has a bunch of crooked ass managers. I bought my Accord there CPO and had an issue with the seats and when I took it in to have them fix it, the guy who was suppose to fix it left so I had to drive down the street to another dealership to meet him there. When I got there, they told me to reschedule and come back. I got pretty pissed and took it up with the manager who gave me the "you bought it used. what do you expect" attitude.
