At the special request of Jeremy, we've been meaning to go a project that covered his little ding on the driver's side fender. The BBQ he hosted was the perfect occasion. Under the pressure of many eyes, we set out for a wash/wax/claybar/tape/art project! The result was wonderful. Jeremey requested the DBZ character Trunks in Level 2.

Awesome Job guys!! I love the artwork so much I might put clear tape over it so I can enjoy it longer. Would you think that would be a good idea?

You know, I'm not sure. The reason we take the tape off after a week isn't so much because the picture starts losing its quality, or because the tape starts peeling, it's mostly because we worry about the paint underneath the tape. It's been sitting in the hot sun, possibly rained on, we just don't like to risk the paint.

Instead, I would suggest that when the week is up, you preserve it the way that Casey and I do. It's a two person job so have someone with you. Basically you're going to peel the tape from the door to the front very slowly and in one piece, placing sheets of paper under it as you pull. When it's all up, you can cut around Trunks and then pin him to the wall.

If you don't feel comfortable doing this, if you bring your car to a meet that Casey and I will be going to (not sure which one at the moment) then we can do it for you.
No. Thank you though for the offer. but I think I can manage now that I'm not under the influence of heavy doses of alcohol. yeah I can have my bro help me over the weekend or some day. the both of you did way too much work putting in on, and with no charge either. I appreciate that. well moving forward. so I would need paper to put on the sticky side of the blue tape correct as we are pulling it off.

At first I thought it was San Goku, but is it supposed to be his grandson, Trunks?

Good luck, sport the artwork with pride for the next week or so! Snap more pics, including a straight on close up whenever you have time too!
Ok drizzie! this is the closest i can get of it without cutting off hair or anything else>
