I would suggest keep on the look out for oem seats on CL.. I've seen them for most at 1k for the pair and oh you might find your seats on there as will......But most likely your cars totaled.....

I will keep my eye out. Waiting to find out what the insurance company says.

Falls under comprehensive. My Carbon fiber buckets were stolen from my civic coupe a month before I sold it and bought the S. I put up my $100 deductable and got brand new seats (same ones stolen) replaced.

I don't see how seats/top can salvage a car that could be worth anywhere from $8-18k depending on year/mileage of course. Sorry to hear though. I'll keep a look out for you, I'm willing to bet that you find them in an S2k again but rather a fkn civic, integra somewhere

Sad situation, I reduced my asking price for my OEM seat out of respect to you.

Your best bet if you buy oem again with an insurance claim check is to find them as cheap as possible used, and pocket the change. You could easily "profit" in a situation like that, assuming you don't have a prohibitively large deductible.

What insurance do you have.

The most affordable seats that you can buy that are real as in made by the actual company that is branded on them is Buddy Clubs. I just don't have very much faith in the rails that come with them.. Either that or you can find some used brides anywhere from $1600-$2000 + depending on what they are.

I dont know what year is your car but I might be interested in selling my 06 black seats if you are interested in when insurance tells you about what they are going to do with your claim
