Urban legend. There is no such thing as that, they target people not randomized. People started this rumor based on all the killings they do, and one of their strategies is to rear end people but not part of an initiation.

Also they are the biggest and most dangerous gang in California.

Well I'll be off to Richmond for 2 days for work. Wish me luck. Bringing my bullet proof vest. Luckily, my company booked me a hotel in Emeryville instead of Richmond.
