Hwy 5. Leave at late night like 4 am and u ll be in LA 8.30-9 depending on ur speed. Good thing There wont be any people drivng. Thats what i do when i drive

i don't really agree with you on that Kaan. When i drove there around that time my car was nasty as hell with all the bugs i killed on the road.

I am also planning on going to socal to pick up another seat bucjet seat for my car...

I'll be more concerned about bug splatter than anything else. I drive to LA almost once a month. In daylight driving you get MUCH less bug platter than night-time. For those who've made the long drive in the field, you'll know what i'm talking about. You're entire bumper and every nick/cranny will be bloody with dried insect parts.

As for rock chips...give it up, its a car. You're gonna get it no matter how hard you try.

For many many months i drove from LA to the Bay and back over the weekends, usually twice a month, and I have tons of rock chips

My suggestion is to leave after the sun goes down to avoid bugs and stay clear of trucks and you should be good
