What specifically are you looking to learn? When I first got my S2k a while back someone said they were thinking of making one, but I dont think it ever happened.

I don't know of any specific S2000 driving school, but if you go to a SpeedVentures event, many of the instructors drive S2000s.

ttb is talking about skipbarber i assume (prolly some others too)

www.skipbarber.com

There is also a company in so-cal that does stunt driving I forgot the name if you search on google for stunt driving you'll find him.

If you want to learn to race I suggest skipbarber or something like that, if you want uber control and drifting and what not I think the stunt driving school would be a better way to go.

I find that for street stuff, the BMW CCA car control clinics are hard to beat. They teach you really good accident avoidance skills.

For track stuff, Speedventures or Unlimited Laps both have good instructors.

Another Option for you to consider...Join the SCCA and come autoX with us. It's a great way (and safe!) to learn how your car behaves at the limit. We'll be having a Novice school in a couple of months (Date to be determined still), that will teach you volumes about you and your car at the limit.

Hi 80's boy, I ran into you a few months ago in the SCCA section of the SF Auto show at the Moscone Center.

The Novice school should be interesting. Does it compare to the Evolution schools in any way?

AutoX is great fun and also provides a safe learning environment. I have not yet AutoXed with the SCCA, but I am guessing their format is similar to NASA. The aspect of AutoX that I find difficult to live with is that you spend a whole day waiting for a grand total of 4-6 minutes of seat time.
