I'm headed to the Sierra this weekend in the S and the area I'm headed is far less developed than Tahoe, but I've never had a problem there other than it getting horrifically dirty.

The only bad about driving to, or rather in, Tahoe is the pine sap droppings depending on where you park. That sucks the fatty...
