Can you weld plastic to aluminum?
Even if you can, how would you balance your wheels/tires?

You cannot weld plastic aluminum, but if you read closer, I was talking about exhaust tips.

I still haven't thought of a way to prevent center cap theft. Snap rings? Engraving the back?
