The only problem with that statement is that the demand in the rest of the world is miniscule to hear. There are a few cities in a few countries around the world where people drive as much as we do here in the US, but by a huge margin, the demand is much higher here than the rest of the world. Therefore, our gas should always remain a fraction of what the rest of the world is paying. However, oil companies realize that they could charge twice as much as they are now and the majority of us would keep on driving because all of us hard headed, independent americans refuse to give up one of our ultimate freedoms, driving an automobile. That coupled with the crisis in the mid-east and the coming alternative fuel market and the oil companies are cashing in now while they can.

Dont buy food on May 20th if you weigh under 240lbs so fatass people will have unlimited access to grocery stores and buffet lines. This will help increase the demand for good rotating buffet stock, and plentiful stocked shelves at your local market

On Saturday, 100 Octane was $6.00/gallon at Laguna Seca Raceway.
