Does anyone know if they do weddings at Alcatraz?
Brainstorming ideas for friend of mine and of course taking some notes too!
This is one topic I'm a total newbie as I'm totally clueless....my friend said there needs to be a engagement party and must have bachelor party?

We just went to Alcatraz couple weeks ago, I don't believe they do wedding. But will be a cool location for photo.
It's all depend on what your friend likes.. are they Chinese or? Beach wedding, winery wedding..etc. You mention bachelor party, so I assume it's male friend. Doesn't his better half have any idea what she wants? Then of course it's all about how much money they want to spend!
Enagement party is usually smaller and more for immediately families and close friends. That's when the couple announce they are enaged. It can be 6 months or even a year before the wedding. You can do it in the restaruant or at the house.
Bachelor party.. hmm... seen the "Hangover"? hehe.. j/k.. no you don't want to be that wild... wify might not like you after that...
Then if they want traditional Chinese style.. that's different story...
