i second jason's recommendation for fiesta del mar in mtn view..been going there for many years now. celia's in palo alto on el camino isn't bad either.

None of them really compare to Socal that I have seen. The closest one I have seen to Socals "Albertos" or "Adalbertos" would be LV Taqueria in Milpitas, the one we have all been to, other than that, the other ones I have been to are your run of the mill Taco Bell or Del Taco "style" joints. Ok to good food but not great like Mexico or Socal.
Whats with this trend of asian guys/gals at all these mexican joints now? I never saw that in Socal in the 90s. You guys are just now figuring it out that its great food?
