i dont see why wouldnt any roll bar in general wouldnt fit with the hardtop? if it fits with your soft top, it should fit with the hardtop

 

i just confirmed starting today that a hardtop does dampen the road noise by a significant difference.. going with a softtop for a bit

 

Installed one on a friend S with Authentic Mugen HT.. they fit only problem was we had to cut the rear HT latch handle ( on the HT side) shorter in order to latch down the HT or else it get stuck with the side roll bar.. visibility is best with OEM HT..
