Cool, looks like the degree of improvement is argueable, but still and improvement. I'm glad I pulled my old one off the car before they took it to the salvage yard.

Let us know if it helps with the bumpsteer. I am guessing it will. RWD_RCKT will be a good source too as he has had owned both an '01 and an '04 (not installed yet) with the X-brace. Are you doing the strur bar?

my X brace made a difference, strut tower bars shouldn't...


the 04 does have a beefier brace under there though.

Just for the record we have had numerous '04 owners (customers) who report the same improvements that other owners have reported after fitting an x-brace. (I can only speak for Whiteline x-braces of course.)

Having driven my 2004 for 500 miles now, with and without the X-brace. I can say for certain that the X-brace makes an improvement on the 2004 car.
