Ditched my radio door in favor of smoked plexi....
I must have too much free time on my hands............
Since my double din radio is on top now and I have no need to access the center radio door that often, I wanted to be able to see the status of my turbo timer without having to keep opening my radio door.
Yanked the stock radio door and added the smoked plexi so it's blacked out when not lit but at night everything lights up from behind. I even added 2 red ambient led's to light up the area around it.
The plexi is held in place by 4 super strong mini magnets so it's easily removeable to do adjustments but I no longer have to open the radio door to see what's going on!
opinions good or bad?
