OK, meeting anywhere in downtown sf is a bad idea. I'd recommend we start somewhere towards the south, perhaps Tower Supermarket at Portola and Market(very very top of market). There's a large parking lot there, and sets us up to head up to twin peaks (you'll notice I adjusted your list to an order) I've left off castro street as that's a nightmare to drive through, however we will pass right by it on market in the route I have devised.

This drive is really sounding great. But please, not 3/2 -- I and my S2K will be up on the Russian River Wine Road (Sonoma) for Barrel Tasting Weekend. No way I'd miss that.

hmmm, lunch in that part of the city (the ocean beach area), I'm not too sure of. All I know is that that area is beautiful at sunset, but since we are not attempting to do a twilight drive (but 20+ HID glaring cars...what a sight!), I guess its a non-issue. I guess I'm down for wherever. Ocean beach was just a thought, but really, I don't think there's anything to eat there.
So am I to understand that this is going to be more of a leisurely "touristy" city cruise rather than a spirited drive? That will be nice.

I'm down for the 23rd or the 2nd, but can we make the meeting time more like 10:30?
If not, I can work with it, but 10:30 just works a little better.
Can't wait, SF is going to be awesome. just hope we don't piss off the locals!
