Hello there,

Last night someone broke into my car and stole, of all things, my instrument gage cluster. They also cut the main harness going to the display. Unfortunately, this is the third time my car has been looted by thieves for random parts. This was in Santa Clara, near the DMV. The police cannot do anything about this.

If anyone has a good suggestion for where to get replacements - used or whatever, please let me know. They also broke the trim so I'm going to need that too.

Oh no.... Its bad enough they steal your stuff, but then leave you with a mess like this to clean up.... this will be a tough fix. I'm guessing the entire dash will have to come out and you will have to source a new harness to fix it right.

Yea, I was worried about this. Of course they don't care when they're stealing it, they aren't fixing it!
