Sup S2k fam..my friend is thinking of using dent removal kit. Has anyone tried this before? does it work? thanks!

I never tried it but I'm pretty skeptical about those kinds of things.

I actually tried those windshield repair kits and the only thing it did was smooth out the crack, but the crack was still very noticeable. The DIY kits don't give you nearly the amount of "power" (could be pressure or what not) that professionals use. They're pretty cheap for a reason.

it works(i had a shop remove a few dents, i watched him and he used this method to get one of mine out) but i wouldnt recommend doing it if you dont know what your doing. what the site doesnt warn you about is that you can pull your dents out further then your gonna end up trying to hammer the dent back in.

ok i see..thanks! I wouldnt do it to my S nor on any of my other cars. Just trying to help a friend out.

theres no hurt of trying it before going expensive but make sure you read the WHOLE manual to avoid FAILURES
