Hardtop Dents - if you want hardtop dents removed, you'll need to take the liner out yourself. If you can touch the underside of the dent - he should be able to get it out.
Multiple Dent Discounts - he will assess these on an individual basis. Make sure you talk to him and ask him to take a look at your car and give you an estimate so you will know ahead of time if you want to go through with out.
Creases - Again, these need to be assessed visually before he can give you a firm answer. I know he's removed creases from the S before (and an MDX, as well), so I don't foresee a problem with them.
Rear Quarter Panel - If the dent is right above the wheel well or on the lip, he won't be able to get to it because it's sealed off. Dents that are higher up on the panel may be accessible via the trunk.
