I'm pretty sure he can do that, too... although it might require taking out the fender liner.
If the dent is right on the very edge of the wheel well, chances are he won't be able to get it. But your best bet is to bring it by to him to have him take a look.
Btw, Justin is very good at what he does, and quite honest. He won't charge you for a dent he can't get out (unless you insist he try after he's told you it won't look perfect).

its on the door. right near the mirror
my dad dropped a chair on it and it has slight crease. So i am unsure if he can take it out. If i can get it checked out before that would be great.
