No, I purchased mine from Lompoc Honda. I bought my '93 Civic from Penske. Find Lompoc on the map. I got lucky. I walked up on the Honda Dealer when they were just rolling the car off the truck. The paperwork was done in a half hour. Picked the car up after prep on the way home.
