my car has the D2 coil cover and it said they are 36way adjustable .. and i was wondering if my ride is too bounce right now .... so should i raise the height or losen up the stiffness or do both ??? ... ima try to play around with the setting for a bit .. andy suggestion of how i should set it up ...

if its bouncy, you should be tightening, not loosening it.
