I've tried both wheels of america in union city and wheel techniques. I would go to wheels of america because the turnaround time was faster and it was cheaper for a rim repair. I don't know about powder coating though.

is it a basic color your looking for? i usually outsource my powder coating but its like $100 a wheel for 17" 18" not sure how much it is compared to wheels technique
