I have an associate at my work that was interested in buying an S the past week. Livermore Honda had an ad in http://www.Autotrader.com for new S2000's but no price. I decided to call them and spoke to Randy Hoffman. He said he has 3 in stock. Sebring silver, Berlina black and Silverstone metallic. Randy told me they will let them go for MSRP or lower. I had to ask him twice more just to be sure. He said MSRP or lower. The Berlina is on the showroom floor with I think 4 miles on it. The other two still have the plastic on them. I wish I could afford to upgrade my '01 for an '03 but it's just not in the cards for me right now.

wow S2Khardtop, that sounds great...i will be in the market in about 3 months and will find this thread and let you have a chance. The rest of you, see, isn't this great to know this stuff, remembering when you were in the process of becoming an owner.

i think 29500 is possible very soon. once the iraq deal starts i think 29500 is possible. plus the economy is totally bottoming out and people are keeping their money real tight. honda usa will be ditching them near invoice real soon. plus i wonder if not making this years car and driver top 10 hurt sales. i just noticed this in biz week. another interest rate cut coming also.

FYI, for a new 2003, you can get $31,000 in Los Angeles.

Ulrich was posting ads from Chicago listing $28,900.
