Are my 2:11's too slow for low advance? Don't want to be a roadblock but want to be able to follow some people that are better than me so I can improve.

You'll be fine. I was running 2:20-30s in the low advanced group in December. No one complained, especially since I always yielded to faster cars.

DFV first. I am thinking of trying -2.4 F -2.0 R for camber initially and minimal rear toe and see if it will be a good match with the staggered setup.
