Wow that is a good price! I just paid $40 to have a crack filled but I'd obviously prefer to have a new windshield. Where are the details and pics man?!

Out of state, mobile glass guy. Call around to the mobile places, they seem to be the cheapest.

When I say $200 out the door, this included everything. glass $158, molding $25 and the related taxes. The source of the molding, his truck. I didn't ask.

Out of pocket, as I stated before I only carry insurance for big items and the legal requirement to do so.

At this price, I won't wait as long to replace it. It's sooo much nicer driving into the setting sun being able see through the glass.

You can all inspect the mans work at the next meet I'm in town for
