Corner Balancing Day for S2Ks
Ok I know Randy and some of you want to corner balance your S2ks.... I am offering a CB day.
Location: Dublin
Date: 3/3 (for now)
1. Stephen
2. Mihn
3. Christine
4. Mac?
5. Jeff?
6. Edison?
7. Randy ?? (where are you?)
if there's more interest, we can do another on on 3/10. if you just want to weigh your car, let me know too... we can put you in.
Corner balancing is important after you change your suspension with adjustable coilovers... it will make sure that you car's weight is distributed to all 4 tires and not "rock" side to side like an uneven legs of a chair.
Post here if you are interested. I and couple of my friends own one of these scales http://www.intercomp-racing.com/scaltec.cfm

mm...so i have until 3/3 or 3/10 for coilovers huh...
I don't think i'll be corner balancing my car, their are just too many variables that will change the weight of my car on a day to day basis.

another thing is once its corner balanced and with passenger it will be around 1-2% difference, you know that your car is sitting on 4 tires with equal cross weight and not rocking. when i say cross weight... your FL and RR are equal length and load as FR and RL. imagine a chair with 1 short leg, what happens? it rocks diagonally.
