Cops use radars on freeway?
has anyone been pulled over by a cop on the freeway because they caught u with a radar? and not like on i-5, more like 280 or 101. just wondering if police can use a radar on the freeway, would think u can't because there's too many cars, so they can't really single you out.

CHP does use radar on local freeways such as 280 and 85. So long as they can direct tthe radar gun at you, they can get a decent reading. Does not work in traffic, but then again you usually cant speed in traffic without weaving in and out which would make it obvious that you were driving like and idiot anyways.
I have used radar detectors for many years to help minimize my potential for getting a radar ticket. Of course nothing is fool proof except driving at or under the speed limit all the time...
