"Witnesses told police that her car was side swiped by a Jaguar that went out of control during a street race."
So this prompted poilce to crack down on "cars that aren't street legal"? Right.. that makes so much sense. Jaguars must not be a very street legal cars
$600,000 for just a couple of tickets a week, that's a good use of money. On a positive note, the chief seems like a good guy, probably does some "mods" of his own.

that was a disgusting attempt at trying to report about something the reporter knew nothing about.. VAFC's aren't an illegal mod, the type R motor in there isn't an illegal mod. the owner of the hype R just got cracked down for cheaping out on an intake. LOL
