Considering Selling my S? Any advice?
First off, I'm trying my hardest to keep it. I'm faced with a fincial impact due to loss of job and relocation.
What do most people do?
Do you remove the mod's first?
Do you trade in? Or try to sell on my own? Should I list on Craigslist, or ebay?
Only thing is, I don't want to deal with cheap ass low ballers though...
I was also thinking about Autotrader?
Any Advice is greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your situation.
I sold mine on craigslist in one day. I removed all my mods first. You definitely get more money selling it yourself but be prepared to deal with lowballers. Its all part of the game. Simply just tell them to #### off.

from what i've witnessed here's what i would recommend.
-part out the car, and return it to stock.
-sell the parts here/ Craigslist / ebay where ever you want
-if u want to trade in the car, are u looking to buy another car?
-private sales will most likely get you more money than a trade in...they are called stealerships for a reason
hope this helps!

Part out the car, not only to get some extra cash, but because mods tend to actually decrease the value of the car and make people less willing to buy it. Even people who want to mod the S are probably looking for a stock model they can mod themselves. Then sell it to a private party via craigslist, autotrader, etc. You will get lowballers of course, but just ignore them; I think eventually a good buyer will come along

I don't know how you guys can sell the greatest car ever!
Just put it back to to stock since you will ALMOST ALWAYS get money that way....
Lowballers are part of the game, but in the end it's all about how fast you want to sell vs. waiting for the right buyer. No guaranteed method so it's a double edged sword - waiting vs. cash right away.
List ur parts on s2ki, many buyers / ballers on here that will buy!
gluck either way,
rick

put it back to stock. i left my OEM lip on there and said that costed $300 and i'm throwing it in for free.
craigslist is your best bet. i luckily found a couple willing to buy mine at asking price. they didn't negotiate whatsoever. damn HK ballers!
