I would like to also have mines taken out, but I drive my car hard, and if something breaks down during warranty, they can deny my claim because I have it removed.

anyone have any negative effects from this? i understand that a handful of you guys in the bay have this done already? after reading through that thread a long time ago, i opted not to do it until my warranty ran out because of all the 'potential' breaks that can happen

secondly if its the same as on the M3, all it does is slow the engagement of the clutch so as to help with smoother shifts... this is awesome if you are doing city driving but sucks if you wanna shift hard and get those tires chirpping 1-2 shift!!
on the mnw thread it was pretty much concluded that keeping it on just wore your clutch faster since it slowed down the engagement allwing it to slip more than normal and so pretty much that was the first thing everyone did when they bought their cars... funny thing is it was such a small peice that changed the way the car drove so much...
i say lose that shiz and drive hard!
