I have a court date early next year and I will try to push it out again hoping that the cop won't show up like Topcat did (you lucky bast*@$!)
If it does not work then I'll just go to traffic school.

Hey Spacecowboy try to schedule your court date on Friday.....i think the same officer that pull me and you over is off that day.....just hope he don't show up to court on his day's off...

i agree with kitwetzler...postponement, ask for hearing/trail, see a judge...all of this will do you more good than harm, in the end do the traffic school...but the arguement that you did not violate the basic speed law won't wash...just tell the judge you did not realize you were speeding, that fast...if he asks.
