I was really lucky and contacted a local shop in Willows right as they were closing and the guy that owned it gave me his number and told me to call him up when I got there. He was super helpful and patched it like a boss, showing me the entire process. James at Safety Tire Service (http://www.yelp.com/biz/safety-tire-service-inc-willows).

Highly recommend contacting them if you get a puncture at Thunderhill. DO NOT waste your time with someone at the Thunderhill tire shop trying to patch it... James shook his head and started laughing when I explained to him how the guy there tried to plug it and patch it. The guy basically just tried jamming some rubber in the puncture and slap some rubber cement over it. Didn't even properly trim the plug. He was nice though and didn't charge me for anything obviously.

CityTech trackday was a one day event.
Saturday and Sunday is a different organizer. Not sure what time but most track events start around 9
