My sister works for Laguna seca, she told me that you would have to do a skips driving school to drive your car on the track? Would I have to do that for this event. And I just took off my oem exhaust, if anyone needs to borrow it I can loan it to you for this event as well. I'll be there, since I live in Monterey.
You don't need to do any driving school. Just register, fill out the appropriate paperwork from CityTech, and sign a waiver when you arrive at the track.
Oh ok, that sounds good. Unfortunately I need to take care of the recall first. Probably be a good idea. Lol

Instructors will be available but it is geared more toward beginners.

While this isn't my first track day (I've done 5 total now), this will be my first time at Laguna. I really just want someone to teach me the line and instruct me on any track specific things that I need to know. Just want to be safe and have fun while doing it.

I have experience with the Zanardi line through the corkscrew if you are interested in learning that.

Come see me in the morning, and I'll arrange to have one of the instructors to either go with you or give you a ride along.
