I'm gonna rock the OEM pads. I've raced on them so far, not Laguna Seca. It's the disks I'm worried about. I hope they don't crack.

Where exactly have you run on stock pads?

Give them a proper cool down and you won't have that problem.

Streets of Willow, last time ambient temps ~ 107 degees. I got 100-103 mph down the straight downhill before breaking to ~35mph. Smelly but survived to tell about it.

Laguna Seca seems to be about 10mph faster down the "straight" but it's way cooler up here. That first turn is also way scary without the skidpad at the end so I don't think I'll have the balls to run pedal to the medal and break late like I do at Streets.

On a different note, I just realized that the pre-July 31st sign up cost is listed at $250 but I was charged $280 (plus the cost of my garage rental). Are you sure the info is correct Mac?

Gah. Probably not. Then again, I don't recall the coupon code being on the main page when I signed up.

It wasn't, there wasn't anything on the first post when you signed up and since I posted it up after the discount date I didn't bother posting the code.
Sorry.
