I agree. It is a dangerous situation. What if someone try's to pull off there thinking they have space?

i have to agree how can i respect the law they are trying to "uphold" if themselves cannot even follow a single one.

man for cops like that, i would've just called him out. sue his ass. those are the types of cops that need to get fired.

cops have no reasonable expectation of privacy when they are in uniform acting as civil servants. they record you when they pull you over, you can do the same. if youre in their station they can make their own rules up, but in public its you can audio/video record them with or without their consent. you dont even have to tell them you are recording them if they ask.

I just saw a fully dark chp on 85n, he was camping on fast side emergency lane n lasering out of his car! So is it legal or not?

There is a cop on 680s every Friday with his lights of. Anyone got a link to suggest it's illegal. I could record one weekly.
