Update! the cel actually went away by itself, i believe it was the gas cap was loose ( that's what i meant by the oil cap......haha)

The CEL going away doesn't necessarily mean the problem is fixed (if there is a problem). Get the code(s) checked out first to see what caused the CEL to be safe.
