Default Change rear differential and transmission fluids

Hi guys, I have couple questions here...

When do you guys change rear differential and transmission fluids? I am not really a DIY person, is there any shops or person that you guys can recommed me (I live in Dublin area, so east bay prefer)? Usually how much is it to include the whole thing?

I just plan to stay with whatever stock fluid at this time.. I did some research and look like the review is mixed between Honda and other brand name (please correct me if I am wrong).

Thanks in advance!

BTW, who was the guy who talk to me at Discount Tire in Dublin few weeks ago? Sorry I forgot to catch your name and just wanna say hi to you here!

This person is quite handy with S2000's.
He is located in East bay, right off 238/580.

His name is Blue and I'm sure bunch of people here vouch for him as I do.

I'm sure Blue will hook you up -- it's quite easy to do with just a jack some jack stands, a socket/wrench and pump. I did mine in 15 minutes or so. I use Motul 90PA SAE90
