hah yea i'll let u noe, on the another note i talked to mike at golden auto today and he says he can try to weld the hole shut at the end of the second fouler so it wont sense any fumes...not sure if that'll work tho
You still need some flow from the exhaust stream to the O2 so you can't just weld the hole shut

My 06 does the same thing as your 07 with 2 non-foulers. Instead of drilling all the way thru the non-fouler, I just drilled it enough to thread the sensor and kept the original 1/4" hole at the tip. Then I threaded it into the other non modified non-fouler. I tried 3 different methods and that one worked best for me.

The steel wool is a great idea. Maybe I should try putting some in between the two non-foulers

I finally figured out the o2 sensor dilemma ... From all the stories I've heard, all the people I've talked to, and all the painful times I jacked the car up with the factory jack (omg ...) to fiddle around with the o2 sensor, my conclusion is, some 07's have a sensitive o2 sensor, and some don't. My CEL still goes on from time to time but it turns off by itself after 50 miles. It doesn't turn on for like 300-400 miles, then turns on, then it turns off after 50 or so and repeats. AllenS2K's 07 doesn't even need a defouler and the CEL doesn't come on. Mine though, I tried a defouler, steel wool, bought 2 different kinds of testpipes, and they still threw CEL's. All I can do to help is to offer you some steel wool, (super fine #0000 steel wool) if you want to pick some up from me. Other than that, some 07's will always throw a CEL no matter what you do. Until someone finds a electrical/mechanical fix, I don't know what I can tell you but to try the steel wool method, and if that doesn't work, just run a hi-flow cat with a defouler. (some 07's still throw CEL's with those from what I've heard but don't trust me completely on that one.)
Let me update my "status" and shed some light here. I am running the Berk TP and HAD no CEL for about 800 miles. Then while down shifting on an off ramp a month ago, BAM CEL! Reset the ECU later that afternoon and been good since, I should have kept track of how many miles since, but didn't. If I had to guess, I would say about 200-300 miles since with no CEL.

Tonight I will be at Joey's to slap on a defouler. I'll report back how that works.

Steveo originally had a berk (i sold him mine )and had just as much trouble with that one even with an additional anti-fouler. Plus, a Berk + anti-fouler sticks out pretty far.

Ironic how I posted last night and my CEL came on today.

I know Henry S2Phenomenon and I notice that this CEL likes to come on when you're holding steady at around 3k rpms. This happens to both of our 06's. If we keep the rpms above 3k we don't get the light. Could be a resonance issue..???
