Hey guys, i was wondering why my cel light keeps coming on about after 100 or so miles even after i reset the ecu? my S is an 07 so i hear they are finiky about the o2 sensor. please help with any advice i can do to fix the prob thanks.

What test pipe do you have? There are numerous threads in the "Under the hood" section on how to fix this.

If you have a test pipe without the anti-cel mod, you will need to do it yourself.

I have an invedia test pipe yea ima check that but what else can i do?

cheap fix, find a way to extend the bung out so that the o2 sensor is far from direct gas. it's called anti-fouler

or remove the bulb

expensive fix... change to wideband O2 sensor, and standalone ECU guaranteed no cel


i think i have one of those anti fouler from joey before... ill have to find it though , else you can have it.

try pming steveo88. He has an 07 with the invidia test pipe too, and played around with an antifouler and steel wool or something to keep it from coming on.

hah yea i'll let u noe, on the another note i talked to mike at golden auto today and he says he can try to weld the hole shut at the end of the second fouler so it wont sense any fumes...not sure if that'll work tho
