so did honda gave u the 01 civic as a loaner car? if they did, u got jipped. loaner car are equal to your s2000. u shoulda got a prelude or an accord v6 as a loaner, and not a 01 civic.

They are allowed up to 1 Quart every 1000 miles of oil consumption. Check it every other tank of gas folks.

Should be covered under warranty. Seen one completely seized
up from lack of oil at 4500mi. (3 quarts low!). Customer got a
new engine.
