I am getting the Spark plug TSB done right now at Menlo honda they said that "Honda" will not pay for a loaner car????!?!?!?!!! WTF?

Hmm when my car was in for 2 days of warrenty work they got me a rental car w/o problem. That was a few years ago but still.

I think menlo honda is hurtin a little bit... you all know they cut out the whole "pickup shuttle" thing so you can drop your car off and get dropped off somewhere.. but they won't pick you back up.
