BTW, I have a question regarding getting fixer ticket sign off, do cop check for vin number when they sign it off or they just look for what u need to put back in and sign it? The reason I ask for this is because my cousin got a fixer ticket for no front plate and windows tinted too dark, and he wanted use my ap2 to put his plate on and mine are not tinted. cops in berkeley are either really bored, or really mean.
i was parked at a parking meter and was supposed to pay for the meter by 9am. The cop that comes around to give tickets gave me a ticket at 8:55am for no front license plate instead of waiting to give me a ticket for no money in my meter. lol
