so...i just email them saying i have no sticker and they'll send me a new one?
do i have to take a pic of it also?

Here's the response I got from them guys:

Subject: Replacement AEM Intake system CARB EO Decal

Dear AEM Valued Customer,

In order for a performance intake to be legal in California (and other states with emissions control standards), it must receive an exemption from California law from the California Air Resources Board (CARB). If the AEM intake listed for your vehicle is CARB exempt for your particular year, make, and model vehicle, you may receive a CARB exempt sticker by printing a copy of the attached

Great to see AEM making it easy

Just make sure you're car is CARB legal, as they are becoming more and more stricter now days, especially at the smog stations.
