CARB parts question
So I'm just wondering what you guys do when it comes to modding and the CARB nuance. So far both my HFC and intake have had a CARB, but deciding on other emissions relating parts seems like the better options aren't CARB approved.
Do you guys stick strictly to CARB parts? Do you just say Fk it? Do you get ahold of another CARB sticker and hope no one knows better?

just another thing to consider is...
On my past car, every time I got pulled over and a cop would be looking under the hood or under the car and once they see the carb #s, "Ok, get out of here"

Yea, that's my main concern. My roommate is a smog tech so as long as I can pass the sniffer I'm fine in that concern, and that's why I've only gotten CARB'd parts so far. From your guys personal experience do cops look at the headers often? That's really the one piece I'm thinking of not going for carb on, simply because there's a header that's going to be released soon and I wanna pick one up, but I'm kinda teeter tottering with the idea if it's worth the potential hassle.

I think it depends on how often you drive your car. If you drive your car as often as I do you may want to stick to CARB approved parts just to avoid the hastle from the cops. I think i have been asked to open my hood for the cops 3 times over the past year and if I didn't have CARB parts I'm pretty sure I would have been screwed.
Then again, you have law enforcement that don't know what they are looking at and sent me to see the ref anyways for a CARB legal Comptech intake.
