Default Car Show?

Something I've had running in my head for a while-

De Anza's parking lot is dead empty on weekends, and the campus is closed too and they are short on cash, I was considering approaching them to rent the lot out to do a carshow maybe some booths and what not, advertising on campus would be a piece of cake for me and other folks at DA probably could as well.

I'm sure they'd charge money for it, but having a car entry fee or something can probably do it? I'm really dont have experience in planning show's/this sorta thing.

Anyways, my question again, if I was able to do it, would most of the bay area S2k's be willing to come? or at least a few? I noticed how quiet a few car shows have a lack of s2k's so thought this one could have an overflow of them

If most people dont feel like entering then I may consider still doing it if enough people would want to come to something like that, also if the costs arent too heavy. Also I have no estimations on how big it could / would want to be

Guess this idea is in like Super Duper preliminary mode right now.

Maybe Wantone can get that Enzo he got pics of to come That might work jk

Structurally, the parking lot works great, just have setups like how people have at the flea market (so basically wouldnt be parked in normal spots sorta thing, stagger the spots I guess so there is enough space between the cars.

Anyways, any help or advice or suggestions would be much appreciated
