It is water resistant. No cut out hole for antanea, but I have a exact-o knife to cut a small slit. Plus it comes with a thick cable to wrap under your car in case the car cover gets blown away or if someone tries to steal it.

I have the weathersheild cover as well. Bought it from Covercraft. They all fit perfectly with pockets for the mirrors and antenna.
